Hello and Welcome

Hello! I'm Teresa Dellaganna, owner of Della Jean and a proud fourth generation native of Templeton, California. I began my journey in event management during high school, continuing through college and beyond. I earned my degree in Agricultural Business with a focus on Event Management from Cal Poly, which laid the groundwork for my career as an event director.  

Since graduating, I have gained a diverse background in the Central Coast Wine Industry, California Fair Industry, Non-Profit Sector, and Wedding Industry, accumulating extensive experience in events, management, and wine. Additionally, I serve as a wedding officiant, bringing joy to couples on their special day.  

Family and community are at the heart of everything I do. As a proud auntie, I cherish time spent with my loved ones. I'm also an avid sports enthusiast, having volunteered as a softball and baseball coach in Templeton for the past 12 years. When I'm not coaching, I enjoy playing recreational softball and volleyball whenever possible.  

In December 2024, I was honored to be recognized as the 2024 Citizen of the Year by the Templeton Chamber of Commerce, reflecting my dedication to the community I hold dear.

Over the past 20+ years as an event director, I have been involved in countless events, ranging from intimate gatherings of ten to large-scale fairs and festivals with thousands of attendees. Whether it’s a small dinner party or a multi-day celebration, no event is too big or too small for my event management services. I can step in to help you cross the finish line or handle full event planning and design from day one. Additionally, as an ordained minister, I also serve as a wedding officiant, officiating wedding ceremonies. I take great pride in bringing each event to life, creating unforgettable experiences, and making magic happen every step of the way.

I have extensive experience in various aspects of business management, having held numerous roles over the past 20 years. My background includes serving as an Event Director, where I honed my skills in event management, as well as roles such as a Executive Director, Property Manager, General Manager, Bookkeeping, Tasting Room Manager, Wine Club Manager, and even as a wedding officiant.
